Larry is an attorney with technology, Internet, new media,
music industry, venture capital, M&A and corporate
finance transactions. Larry is a Partner at Winslett Studnicky
McCormick & Bomser and advises on IP practices and
protection, formation, governance, purchases and sales
of businesses, agreements among owners, equity and debt
financings, federal securities law compliance, employment
and option arrangements. He has handled public offerings
on the NYSE and Nasdaq and has represented record companies,
music publishers, recording artists, Internet companies,
online music services, magazine publishers, mobile phone
service providers and software developers. Prior to this,
Larry was at Skadden Arps in their M&A and corporate
finance practice, where he worked on numerous mergers,
stock and asset purchases, leveraged buyouts, public offerings,
venture capital and other private equity financings. Larry
graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and
received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Larry was a
stroke on the Heavyweight Crew for Princeton University
and is a member of the Board of Governors of the University
Cottage Club.
